Application Procedures

  • For an application form, please write to the Center, enclosing a 90 yen stamp.
  • Applications are accepted from the first day of the sixth month prior to use up until 10 days prior to use.

Application Procedures

  1. Please contact NWEC after deciding your purpose of use, your preferred dates, and times, the facilities you wish to use, participant numbers, target participants, training content, etc. You can confirm availability via our homepage. (http://www.nwec.jp)
  2. NWEC offers a number of programs, such as an outline of NWEC, provision of information concerning women, homes and the family, training courses on computer-based retrieval of materials stored in the Information Center of Women's Education, and NWEC tours.
  3. Submit an official application form at least 10 days before scheduled use(by hand, post or FAX). Tentative applications will not be cancelled if an application form is not received. Please ensure that you contact NWEC if you wish to cancel your application.
  4. Please inform us of any changes you have made to the content noted in your tentative application.
  5. We shall send reservation confirmations for applications for residential and non-residential use of a number of facilities. Please ensure that you contact us if there are any errors, or if you wish to make any changes.
