The Center is open to anyone interested in women and family.

Browsing
The user can freely browse holding materials in the Center.
In-house Lending Service
The holding material can be borrowed during the user's stay in NWEC (up to 2 weeks).Books / Back Issues of Journals : up to 10 items
Latest Journals : one item for overnight
Reference Service
We provide information/information resources to enquiries for research and study on women and family. The service is also available by telephone, e-mail or letter.
Photocopy Service
The service is available for materials belonging to the Center. Requests can be made in person, by telephone, via the Internet or in writing. The cost of 35 Yen per paper and postage is charged for the service.
Inter-Library Loan Service
Holding materials can be borrowed via libraries and women's centers. Postage is required for the service.
Information Training Program
Practical training for information retrieval is available at user's request. Please ask in advance.
