Eligible users
Any organization, group or individual, both women and men, can use NWEC
facilities for womenrelated study, exchange, research and information programs.
And the Center is open to public, including minors who, if accompanied
by adult, can use the facilities. Please contact NWEC for details.
NWEC also offers advice concerning users' own programs, the latest information
on women, home and family and introduces exchange partners.
Application Procedures
EPrior to your visit, please inform us of your plans, e.g. purpose of
your visit, proposed date(s), number of users, subject matters, and check
availability of the Center.
EFor application form, please write to the Center, enclosing a 90 yen
stamp. (You can obtain application forms from the Board of Education of
designated cities and prefectures.)
EApplication is received from the first day of the sixth month up to 10
days prior to use.
